Tech Help Policy
Library Technology Help Guidelines
The Paul Pratt Memorial Library is pleased to offer basic technology assistance to our patrons. You are welcome to ask our staff quick technology questions (5-10 minutes) at any time. For more in-depth assistance, we provide two options: drop-in tech help sessions and appointments.
LinkedIn Learning is also a fantastic resource that we offer and provides tutorials on smartphones, devices, word processing and more.
Drop-in Tech Help
Drop-in sessions are held on the following days:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 3:30 - 4:30 PM
- The first Wednesday of each month at Willcutt Commons from 11 AM - 12 PM
- Every other Saturday from 10:30 AM - 12 PM
Each drop-in session is no longer than 20 minutes so that we can assist multiple patrons.

- If your technology question requires more than 5-10 minutes to resolve, or you cannot come in for drop-in tech help, we encourage you to schedule an appointment
